Emergency Contraception Service
If you require emergency contraception please contact our receptionist as soon as possible as this treatment must be administered within 72 hours. Please ask for an emergency contraception appointment. This will enable the receptionist to provide you with the most effective appointment. This is also available through the out of hours service or your local Pharmacy.
Due to the COVID pandemic we are not offering a travel clinic service at this time
The surgery provides basic travel advice however as this service is not covered under the NHS it is the responsibility of the patient to ensure that they have the correct vaccinations for travel. The NHS does however provide some vaccinations against diseases that could pose a public risk. Please ask the receptionist for details. Further information is given in the section on the right on travel vaccinations.
We run a dietetic clinic that is supported by the community dietician who is based at Sighthill Health Centre.
